A tender radar and four more updates in Agentique
A daily SEAP radar that reads the tender documentation and drafts the offer dossier, new MCP tools, the published legal documents and, on request, private deployment and the web assistant.
A SEAP notice on your CPV code appears on a Tuesday morning. The specifications run to sixty pages, the deadline is ten days away, and someone at your company has to read them between invoices, emails and phone calls. Often the notice expires before anyone gets to it.
Agentique now does this work too. It is the first of five updates. Like the account itself, each of them starts with a written offer.
1. The public tender radar
Every morning, Agentique collects the new SEAP notices on your CPV codes and runs them through your rules: counties and value range. For the ones that remain, it reads the documentation and gives you a verdict, GO, MAYBE or NO GO, with its reasons. Separately, the completed direct acquisitions on the same codes show you the market: who buys, from whom and at what price.
Every requirement, with its proof. The verdict puts each mandatory requirement next to the document in your company file that proves it, or shows that the document is missing. The company file builds itself from the documents you upload: the trade register certificate, balance sheets, certificates with their validity dates, completed contracts and CVs.
The offer dossier, ready to sign. For a notice you choose, Agentique drafts the dossier on the buyer’s forms, as editable Word files and PDFs. We prepare the first dossiers together with you.
You decide, sign and submit. Nothing is ever submitted automatically. How the radar works
2. The MCP server, now with tenders
If your team works with Agentique from its own AI assistant, through MCP, it now has thirty-one tools, nine of them new for tenders: search SEAP, look at the market on a CPV code, open a notice, read the verdict and the company file, record a decision and ask for the dossier to be drafted. A decision is recorded only when you state it. The MCP guide
3. Private deployment, in your cloud or on your servers
If your organization's data has to stay inside its own infrastructure, we install the same application in your AWS account, with Claude models, or on your own servers, with an open-source model and no internet connection. There is also a hybrid setup: the documents stay with you, and only the question and the relevant passages reach the model. All of it on request, based on an offer. The deployment options
4. The web assistant for your website
A chatbot on your own website that answers visitors only from the documents you give it, with the document and the page under every answer. When the answer is not in the documents, it says so. We set it up on request, based on an offer. How it works
5. The FAQ and the legal documents
We published the frequently asked questions about everything Agentique does and, for procurement and security teams, the legal documents: the terms, the privacy policy, the data processing agreement, the security sheet and the web assistant sheet. The data stays on AWS in Frankfurt, and the models run through Amazon Bedrock in EU regions.
